RE:  Good Standing -  Travel Letters

Hi:

Kindly note that as the end of the semester is approaching, we ask that 
you do not wait until the last minute to request a letter.  As the 
International Student Office must receive your visa request a timely 
manner, we ask you adhere to the following:

Come to the Physics office and request a letter of good standing.  You 
will then be given a form which you must fill out and return to either 
Diane Siegel or me and we will do the letters as soon as we can and put 
them in your mailbox -  usually a day or so later.  Thanks, Pat
