From: Jennifer Schlitz/Prov Date: 09/06/2007 11:17 AM Subject: International Travel Policy As the semester begins, this is a reminder for the University community regarding the International Travel Policy (ITP) adopted by the Provost’s Office in 2004. 1. ALL SB Students who travel abroad on University programs are required to complete all ITP forms; 2. Faculty traveling abroad with students on University programs are required to complete the two-page itinerary form; 3. Faculty or staff traveling abroad on University business are strongly advised to complete all of the forms. 4. Permission for travel is required ONLY for countries on the State Department Travel Warning list at http://travel.state.gov/travel/warnings.html. Please check this list before you submit your forms. 5. Anyone traveling to a country on the Warning List (see list below as of September 6, 2007), must sign a travel waiver form. The Warning List Travel Waiver must be signed, in person, at the IAP Office.
