Recently admitted US resident students are kindly invited to come and visit us March 29 and 30, 2009. All eligible students will receive a written invitation. We have planned a program that will show you the great range of activities in the department, allow you to meet a large number of the faculty and current students, and to meet other students who would be entering at the same time as yourself. We will defray some of your transportation expenses, as discussed in your letter of invitation. We provide meals and housing.

With your letter of invitation, you received a form (click here for a copy). Please fill it out, and mail, email a scanned copy, or fax (631-632-8176) back to us once you have made your travel arrangements. Save all receipts for reimbursement.

If it is not possible for you to come on the dates listed above, we will be delighted to have you visit at any other time, although we will not be able able to provide the same treats.  Please get in touch with us to discuss it. Do not plan to come over weekends, and do not visit during our Spring Break, April 4- April 12.
